Success is predicated in laying the right foundation with the relevant loadbearing pillars to ensure agility, relevance, and resilience for continually evolving and transforming as the economy, marketplace and technology change for socioeconomic progress of a global arena. This Program takes learners through the four courses and corresponding coaching sessions to lay the foundation for lasting success.

Four Classes and a 1:1 personal coaching session per course for a total of 16 classes and 4 coaching sessions over the 4-month program (A 4-Course Program for 20 CPE Credits).
Learners will receive schedules and worksheets to complete and build a plan including introduction to use Word and Excel to build leadership plans, financials, and strategy.
A holistic approach of Learn, Do, Master, strategize will be employed to bring about cognitive development from knowledge to understanding, application, analysis, synthesize, and decision making.
The cohort approach is intended to build an organic support system that facilitates shared prosperity mirroring the big business leadership cohorts that assure mutual success.
