This Program takes learners through the four courses and corresponding coaching sessions to lay the foundation for lasting success. 

  • Four Classes and a 1:1 personal coaching session per course for a total of 16 classes and 4 coaching sessions over the 4-month program (A 4-Course Program for 20 CPE Credits).
  • Learners will receive schedules and worksheets to complete and build a plan including introduction to use Word and Excel to build leadership plans, financials, and strategy.
  • A holistic approach of Learn, Do, Master, strategize will be employed to bring about cognitive development from knowledge to understanding, application, analysis, synthesize, and decision making.
  • The cohort approach is intended to build an organic support system that facilitates shared prosperity mirroring the big business leadership cohorts that assure mutual success.
